Sometimes the events we read about involuntarily penetrate into our real life. For example,

if you are reading about grandma visit, your own Granny, or maybe some other female relative, will visit you soon. Even if you do not feel great about this visit, it would be impossible to escape while

you are under "the spell" of the text you have read. This is one of possible inconveniences of "the reading of immersive empathy". I mean, your empathetic immersion in the text you are reading should not be very deep , to avoid repetition of the events from the book in your own life.

Beware deep emotional immersions!
